Another n=1 data point: Just picked up a Jetblack Victory with Zwift cog ‘n’ click in the BF sales, C$584 incl 2 free months of Zwift!

I’ve been using a wheel-on Kurt Kinetic wheel-on trainer since 2005 (utterly solid, it justs keeps on keeping on, will keep it as a spare), and the Victory is my first smart trainer, but so far i’m really impressed.

Easy to set up, TR workouts pushed to Zwift no problem. With the Zwift cog I can just drop any of my bikes on without having to swap out cassettes.

Pairing is seamless, connects straight to wifi when I power it on.

For the price I paid it’s outstanding.

To close this loop. They never got me the part, told me essentially tough luck, here’s a coupon for less off than Black Friday.

They’re not a company I would ever recommend to anyone. Post-purchase support is huge for me. Throwing a perfectly good trainer in the trash because a $5 part went bad is garbage tier support IMO.
