Hey, Kyle! We had to turn off chat for a bit for this exact reason, the team was having a hard time following up with existing and open support tickets and helping athletes already waiting for responses. We’re taking a beat to just catch up with the athletes who have been waiting for help before turning chat back on! Thanks for your patience. ![]()
