I had Baird +6 on my calendar for tonight. I wanted to swap it out for a 60 minute ride since it was already late. So I queued up Baird +2. Noticed it wasn’t recommended, which I thought was weird.
The workouts are almost identical, except for +6 has 30min of z2 at the end. I had thought that was the only difference, but +6 also has slightly less rest between sets.
+2 is rated harder, despite being the easier of the two workouts. This doesn’t seem possible.
Side note - I love these workouts. By far my favorite VO2max workouts, something about 90/60 just hits right for me.
