Came across this weirdness and wondered if there was something I’m missing?
Two workout with markedly different levels and a very minor stated difference in TSS and Kj but in every way they are identical (duration / intervals intensity / spacing etc).
I wouldn’t say 3.1 vs 3.6 is that significant difference in workout level, but to me it looks like the cause is the recovery intensity. Round Bald -1 drops the recovery intervals right down to Z1 I’d guess? Seneca Rocks looks like mid zone 2? I’m guestimating from eye by the graphs
The recovery is less, so the level is higher. It doesn’t hit TSS because of the way normalised power works I’d guess?
