Ah the pleasure of crit training resuming at our local circuit. It’s been a long time since I had to go super hard and man my legs faded when called to do serious efforts.
Such a buzz being able to hurtle around the track again in a competitive bunch. The fastest lad tested at 6 watts/kg last week in a 20 min test. The 14 year old lass is a real up and coming talent too. She was a great wheel; really steady and powerful.
Just wanted to share the joy from the resumption of group training here in the UK.
