How do you count sets for EMOMs

Curious as to how to count sets for EMOMs. For example last night I did a 15 min EMOM.

Three reps of each movement every minute. In the end that’s 45 reps of each:
clean and press
barbell row
deadlift

According to the strength training FAQ you count sets that are within 1-2 reps of failure. I’m not close to failure which makes counting working sets a little tough. Are people only recording strength sessions when they lift super heavy?
