Just to confirm, the prediction is only looking at the 28 days between last detection and the prediction? Nothing before the last detection. It’s not looking back 28 days and forward to the next prediction?
Dont have much trust on the Prediction. In the last week it has gone up then down , then stayed the same, down and after a vo2 workout last night up again 
Sounds sensible to me. As long as it’s not swinging by 20 watts either way each time, obvs.
