Goodbey, the bug killed me…

Goodbye from a long time member.

Today, one day before my next ftp detection, the prediction went below the last number again I’ve ended my subscription, I have too as when staying and using TR, at the end with this bug, my ftp will end 0,0. (From 285 to 243 and dropping)

  • Im done
  • Its getting worse and worse.
  • Never hear a good explanation (oke briefly in the podcast)
  • No excuses - only hear jonathan saying “ subscribe to TR id you want to het faster’
  • No compesation for paying 5 months now and not knowing when the bug will be fixed.

Again, I’m done, In the beginning I was willing, but hearing so many excuses etc, i’m leaving the platform. Wishing you all the best and happy training.

We’re also sorry that this bug has caused so many issues for you. This is no excuse or explanation for what’s happening, but I do want to reiterate that this is our top priority and the first thing we discuss as a team each day.

Thank you @eddie , you and @kent (the 2 contacts for me at CS) are the best, I you were living in NL I would hire you immediately.

That said, I know it is by far the #1 topic, I know everyone at TR wants to have it solved asap.

Besides the bug, it is also the communication also on YT.

Please let the TR management send a letter (email) to everybody effected by the bug (not everyone is a forum member) , explain more in detail what is going on, share whats the status right now, share whats the prediction, share what an infected member can do, because now we only see our ftp dropping. I know, there is an explanation that a lower ftp (also explained by Nate in a YT video) will not have effect on your future workouts. You and I know this is not true, if I have a workout and my ftp is 200 or a workout and my ftp is 250 for sure these will have different levels to do the workouts at. Ftp is also a number of which the training zones been set on.

Hope this explains my (personal) pov regarding this issue….nothing personal although the two YT stars can be a little more humble to their paying clients.
