Garmin failed, ride deleted - how to adjust TSS?

I’m quite sure this has been covered but I couldn’t find anything quickly so forgive me in advance. My Garmin failed on a 1.25 hour endurance/recovery ride. I’m really trying to hit a certain TSS especially this week and it’s frustrating losing that data. I’ve tried manually creating a ride on strava based on RPE and time but TR seems to ignore it. Can I somehow add this easy ride to my week so I don’t lose track of my TSS tracking?

Simply click on the day in your TR calendar, choose “Other Activity,” choose a duration and an RPE, click “Add.”
