What would you think about a “until exhaustion” block in workout creator?
Working in erg mode, you set the power you have to maintain without giving a time limit. When your power drops below a threshold, it automatically ends this block and starts the next one (recovery most of the time).
That would be useful for:
- time to exhaustion tests (how long can I maintain this power)
- anaerobic intervals, where the aim is to totally deplete your energy at each interval, but is really tricky to do at the right power and right duration for each interval
