Feature Request - Adjusting workout intensity- changing % by holding down dial or entering number

When purposefully going off piste with an interval, or typically adding to the end of a workout, it can take quite long and be quite tedious (and difficult if working hard!) to press the % intensity adjustment buttons once for each 1% change. Could this be changed to either be able to hold down the buttons to cruise through the % more quickly, or enter a number on screen and confirm with a ‘Yes’? I get that both have drawbacks to consider and accommodate (particularly entering a number) but the current setup is nightmarish if for example you want to add short vo2 blocks to a session where you’ve extended the cool down!
