Elite Justo trainer

Just got another answer from elite.

They decline any responsibility on this.

They say that the cadence value is passed over BLE and if it works fine on their app then it is a TR problem if they don’t get it properly.

That’s a shame, guess I won’t be replacing mine when the day comes with another one from them if they won’t support their mistakes

That’s the kind of mindset I’ve witnessed with them. I would not recommend buying any of there stuff. And, BTW, their app has one of the worse interfaces I’ve ever seen. On top of that, its buggy.

In the meantime…I have received feedback also from TR support team.

They actually spent the time read this entire thread (I gave them the link). Which is actually showing a will to help I think.

They asked to provide feedback after I try the other Justo 2 unit and then we will move from there.

I will receive the other unit today.

If the other unit works fine then it will be clear it is a Elite responsibly one way or another. I hope it comes with the previous firmware so I can also try to see the difference after upgrading.

If the other unit shows the same issue I guess then TR needs to get in touch with the Elite team and figure what to do.

That being said, Elite trainers are very popular especially here in Europe. A firmware glitch would a triggered a sh#tload of complains as it would have been affecting so many customers. I would tend to thing that some units might be defective? Just guessing…

I will keep you posted.

I hope there’s a resolution. TR was tried to be helpful, but in the end, they said they don’t have time and didn’t even reach out to Elite directly, even though I had cc’d both during my emails to them.
