I cant do sweetspot base 2 anymore. It is so hard. Every workout feels like I’m about to die at the end. Maybe I’m just mentally weak but I just can’t do 4 hard workouts a week. Doing sweetspot base 1 indefinitely? Or even substituting workouts?
