I just finished Sweet Spot Base 1 and am looking for 2 and can’t find it- please tell me it still exists and I’m just not looking in the right place. Thanks!

Plans have been renamed. It’s now called General Base. And you can select regular that has 3 higher intensity workouts per week or toggle on Masters General Base and that has two higher intensity workouts per week. Both these run across LV, MV, and HV.

Does sweet spot base training program still exist?
