No jersey, but I do wear a light base layer.
I don’t wear a jersey. If it’s cold I wear a tech tee either long or short sleeve and if it’s hot then I wear just bibs.
No need to get fully kitted on the trainer.
No, jersey but I do wear a base layer as I find the bib shorts tend to chafe on my nipples (true story)!
I overheat if I leave my bib straps up, let alone wear a jersey!
Florida is too hot for that even on outside rides it seems excessive during the summer
I can neither confirm or deny that I have had to, on occasion, use strategically placed band-aids due to said chafing issue.
In winter I’ll start with a loose summer base layer or jersey and toss it when I warm up. Occasionally I’ve kept it on for an Endurance w/o. In summer though its only the bibs and hr monitor
I would get chafing as well, but on the trainer I leave the bib straps off. No jersey, no shirt. I find I get better cooling with direct airflow over the skin.
I wear a jersey. It’s just comfortable to me.
My trainer is in the basement which is cooler than the rest of the house and I have 3 fans going.
If it gets too hot I can unzip and open the jersey or just take it off.
No jersey. And I keep my garage door closed or open just a few feet at most so that the neighbors don’t have to look at me!
I can handle full blast from two fans without a jersey, even in the winter when it’s about 50F in my basement. Sometimes I might want 5-10 minutes to warm up before the fans, but I never can handle a jersey indoors for very long and my logic is why do I want to wash it if not necessary.
I always wear a jersey, but on tomorrow mornings 2 hour workout I will go without.
I have an ironing board set up next to the trainer. Put my computer on there, lay the phone there, and extra water or nutrition. If working out mid day or if Mrs Billabong is out of the house I will have my air pods there in case of a phone call
