May be of interest to anyone who likes tinkering. But anyone who like me refuses to pay £40+ for an aluminium bottle, does not have a fire extinguisher lying around and does not trust a pop bottle at 100 psi, a rake around my garage and £10 of parts from a local DIY store created this monstrosity.
6.6 litres capacity at upto 150psi, built in pressure gauge, optional accessory port, presta valve filled, wall mountable with a 1/2BSP > 8mm ID booster tube that threads onto the presta shaft with the core removed.
Safe to say, the tyre didnt put up much resistance
