My weekend plan is Spickard +6; some nice over-unders (TSS 144).
My original plan changed from making the workout inside to outside. My surprise is when I change the activity from Inside to Outside and Threshold changes from 8.2 (inside) to 9.4 (outside). Target watts are the same inside and outside: 206 w at the unders and 242 w at the overs.
Has anyone experienced such difference between inside-outside workouts?
