For US folks - not a sale, but a way to save on purchasing a Zwift Ride - ZWIFT Ride Smart Bike Now HSA Eligible with 30% Average Savings Thru TrueMed

Interesting…could be a good way to save a good chunk o’ cash. But I wonder what happens if you are deemed not eleigible….does the order get cancelled out or are you forced to pay the full amount?

Yeah good point.
I haven’t gone through the checkout process, but unless it asks for a backup payment method, then maybe the order is cancelled? I suppose it’s possible that your HSA provider could require you to reimburse the HSA account (in which case you’d be reimbursing the purchase price using after-tax dollars, eliminating the benefit), but I’m not sure.

It’s a little tricky that they don’t explain that the “Letter of Medical Necessity” is what makes you eligible for this. Not a fan that I had to read for the fine print just to understand how the process worked. And since you don’t find out until a couple of days after the transaction…
:man_shrugging: ?

Not sure what happens, but I will say that it’s super easy to get qualified. I did it recently. Wrote that I used to be overweight (which is true) and that I’m using Zwift to prevent obesity and diabetes. Got approved in minutes.

My guess is that it is, in all likelihood, a “wink wink” approval process…just like getting a Rx for Viagra through various online providers that have online approvals.

Disappointed by no deals on the PRO MX!

for the record, this has been the price since at least July

your HSA can get cancelled until you reimburse them. Really dumb rule…if youre already obese with Diabetes, you can get approved but if you want to get one to STAY healthy in the first place, you dont have a qualifying medical condition and often not approved

Backcountry has deals on some models of Lake shoes that never seem to be discounted.

Anyone seen any deals on white S-Works Torch road shoes? The other colours seem to always go on sale, but never the white ones

I just automatically re-upped in October for the pro plan. Would I just save this and use it for next year, or is there some way to get a refund, etc?

Favero DUO £369 on the Favero site - no discount on the mx-2 unfortunately :frowning:

add 20% for import duty but still a great deal

Trying to convince myself I dont need a spare set…

Just picked up a pair of Lake CX333’s with an extra 10% off using THANKFUL10. (I had to chat with a gear head to get the code to work) 30% off is the best price I have ever seen on those.

Any idea if that code would work on a bicycle too? I tried to put it in and I got the message saying there was an issue applying the code… I don’t need another bike but if I could get one of their Cervelo Asperos for like 50% off I might pull the trigger!

Reynolds carbon gravel wheels, 23mm internal width,

Are any of the Garmin watches worth the Black Friday deal? I was kind of looking at the Forerunner 965 vs the Epix Pro listed as a top pick by DCR. I had a Forerunner 935 which was nice but couldn’t replace my Apple Watch as an everyday watch. Maybe the Epix could?

Why was the Apple Watch your every day instead of the Forerunner?
