Compare workout

Hello random question but is there a way to compare workouts. say i did pioneer two months in a row can i overlay them to see improvements.

an example i have is that i did a works out with three long intervals the first one sucked and i mean i hated every damm second of it.

the second two were okay… i just wanted to see how it went for the next edition and maybe see how/ what i can do differently or just look over improvement

No real great built-in options. This Feature Request has some possible work arounds.
