Yeah, I know what your saying. I do follow them as I found beet performance information on Nutritionfacts but most of their concerns are directed towards sedentary people. I needed more fuel while running and riding so I had to go that route with adding quick fuel. But cutting out the animal products that they advocate for did reversed my condition and I’m grateful for the information they provide.
Second that on Michael Gregor. That guy deserves a knighthood or equivalent!
