Thank you Chad. I find Brasted gives me 20 minutes of VO2, and like you, I find it doable. Over a week, I intend to match two of these to Balcony -1 as an attempt at a polarised model. Does this make sense to you?

There are several posted progressions for VO2 work and how to modify down the normal 3-5 minute interval workouts that many of the plans have, but has @chad ever published a VO2 max workout progression of short shorts?
