What cadence do you recommend for the outdoor workouts? The indoor one state between 85-95 rpm.
I would shoot for the same unless you are doing a strength effort where you may drop to 60-65.
There are also workouts you may do where you want to over-spin above your usual cadence e.g 100-120 or even higher depending on your ability.
I haven’t done any outdoor workouts yet but I’m guessing there is some direction provided on cadence per interval effort.
You can follow the tips from the inside ride. Feel free to adjust (inside and outside) to suit your needs whether they be faster or slower.
