The situation on the market (at least in Europe) is insane. Almost everything is not available: power meters, shimano components, bikes. I wanted to build my new bike with shimano ultegra and giant handlebar and stem. Giant components will be available in the 24th week. Ok, so I can use Deda Elementi - nope, your size is not available right now and we don’t know delivery date. Power Meter - I want dual side, ultegra power meter. Stages - at leat in 4 months, 4iii - they don’t have any idea what the delivery time is, Giant Power Pro - week 30th.
I wanted to buy Stevens Super Prestige bike with ultegra. It was my first choice. The answer from the dealer: you have to wait fot the 2022 collection 
The same with Superior X Road (Czech brand) - road bike with clearence for 40mm tires.
Like I said - the situation on the market is just insane.
