The following ride was done on my stationary bike, recorded with the BKOOL app on the iPad. BKOOL syncs with Strava and Strava syncs with TR:
The graph in TR looks good, but the reported average power is about half of what it actually was. Also the power zones show 50% of the time coasting, which is also not quite how I remember it. In Strava and BKOOL the ride stats look good.
Any TR people here that could take a look what is wrong?

Ok, got in contact with support team and they were already working on a solution for this issue. Apparently some apps record only every other second sometimes, to deal with connectivity issues. So TR was interpreting that as me coasting every other second.
Wondering if you were able to find a fix? I have the same problem.
Bkool is only logging data every 2 seconds, and TR will fill in the missing data with zeros. I haven’t been able to find a fix yet.
E-mail TR support, they fixed it for me.
Really what did they do? I’ve been emailing them and they’re not going to fix it for me 
Checked back the e-mails. Support was aware of this problem and was going to fix it.
I did not end op using BKool much so also not sure it was actually fixed.
