There’s so many apps and devices for logging training other than TR and I’m wondering which one is the best for TR AI engine so it can give me the best training for the day.
My main sport is weight lifting. I used Strava app, Apple Health, Polar Flow, Strong Lifts. But there’s always lots of adjusting and editing required for the TR AI to know all the details of a workout.
An advice is to record “Working sets to failure” but it’s extremely mentally difficult to train to failure all the time. I record half of the work sets and hope it’s OK.
When apps export training they always lose some data.
So what app do you think is best?
