Bowflex SelectTech 840 Adjustable Kettlebell or PowerBlock Pro Adjustable Kettlebell. which one would you recommend based on your experience?
I can say that the Yes4All adjustable should not be your first choice. I have 2 and wish Iād at least tried something else before buying.
Glucks gym and Coop at Garage gym reviews have good in depth summaries on YouTube. They highlight different things are more important to different people. Give their reviews a watch, they are very good and helpful
I have the Powerblock Pro 100 Exp dumbbells - which are expandable to kettlebells. I really like the Powerblock system and build quality, so for kettlebells would suggest probably a good choice. Or look at the dumbbells plus kettlebell handles for more options.
I have the power block system and love it. Coming from someone that was a very serious weightlifter for 20+ years before cycling. Great quality system.
