:arrow_up: This. One of the most consistent and powerful performance improver is the Placebo effect itself, it’s rather hard to beat. So whether AG works, or it is just placebo and feels lke it works: does that matter?

Just for clarity: I don’t use it and don’t plan to because of the price. But I also do live by the credo: “give me a thousand placebos, I will take them alll!”. The mind is our most powerful tool.

I considered it, but it’s expensive (I think more so in the UK) and it contains ashwagandha, which is not my friend (anyone else have issues with it?).

Every two or three days I bung a load of berries and greens into a smoothie with some spirulina and blitz it - it lasts a couple of days and gets some decent random nutrients in. Not at all scientific, but I like it.
