I would like to be able to have a way to choose a conservative-normal-aggressive “AT Plan” for blocks. For instance, for this time frame of training, January-July, I’ve got A LOT going on off the bike and would like to be able to toggle the down the adaptions without dropping down volume. Same for future blocks where I know I am really able to nail nutrition and have less stress off the bike. It may only amount to +/- 0.1 or 0.2 each week on your levels vs +/- 0.2/0.3, anyone else have thoughts on this? Is there a way to do this and I just don’t know how to accomplish it?
