Are there too many VO2 Max intervals in some of the sessions?

What type of ride constitutes and aerobic 10 for this rider? Are those pure endurance rides or are VO2max workouts included in that as well or both?

Interesting. I did realize it would use the PDC somehow but now that I think about it, my FTP is set to 260W while my modelled derived FTP for 30-45 days is 250W (I am using 30-45 days value since that’s what WKO training video on the impact score metric mentioned).
