Apparently I suck at one legged drills

I had this same experience last year when single leg drills came up, I didn’t pay it much thought and just muddled through when they came up.

After my first full year of structured indoor TR training with ERG mode they came up again this week and they were a breeze. This may not apply to you if you’re already more experienced but for me my pedal stroke is so much smoother after a year of indoor training and has given me far more control this year on the ILT drills.
