Anyone remember the chart showing how long each type of workout takes to have an effect?

Apologies for the vague description but there is a chart showing various zones and how long each workout in that zone would take to bring around an adaptation/benefit eg., endurance ride - 8 days later (or whatever it would be).

Used to be able to find it on Google images, and think it was posted on the forum a number of times. Anyone recognise it?
