I hope you’re all well. I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone for their open and honest feedback both positive and constructive. We are all riders here (hence the company name HUNT | TheRiderFirm) and it hurts us when we hear from riders that we do sometimes don’t quite get things right. We always need to be better and we will, correctly, be judged by the experiences you have with the best companies in all sectors in terms of customer service/product. So any case where a person experiences something they would have preferred not to experience, especially if you have gone away unhappy with us at the conclusion, means we have something to learn from. The example of the tyres, time and cost is exactly something we need to learn from. So after, reading every post and thanking you all for your great feedback, I will share your feedback with everyone here at HUNT and please be assured we will all be using your hugely valuable feedback to strengthen how we serve you.
I’m also very certain that riders who choose HUNT do in the vast majority of cases get a very strong level of product and service compared to many other companies in the bike industry, this can be attested to in our Trustpilot reviews page. Having worked in several bike industry companies I am confident we have an incredible team of people here with a great attitude that are working very hard, as you can imagine going against the big guys as a small self-funded family business is a challenge but one we enjoy. Whilst the good experiences several of you mentioned are great to hear about to keep us motivated, the not-so-good experiences some of you have shared are all real and hugely important to us to look at how to make our customer service and our product even better.
We want to serve riders with the best wheels and renowned service so thank you again for providing information that helps us improve even further.
