Amateur Ironman 70.3

I have used cardio over the years to help me be productive and focus. I have Schizophrenia and it helps a lot with that.

In 2015 I could run 7 miles in about an hour and a half marathon in about 1:55.

Since then I have an ankle injury and I developed Crohn’s Disease. I think running would be the most difficult thing to get my speed up to compete (I can still do 30 miles in less than an hour and a half on a bike).

This is something I would like to do - I have no idea how to train. I have someone who would work with me on my ankle and help me train.

If you could give me some times for running, cycling and swimming that would help a lot.
