It mostly feels like I’m weak before I even get on the bike. Heart rate seems fine but haven’t really tried to notice differences. Sex drive has been up these last weeks.
I’m getting an average of 6 hours of sleep.

Seems like everything is pointing to my nutrition and sleep.
Just in case you don’t know (and apologies if you do), using a power meter gives you a very accurate idea of your calories burned in the workout - just click on the calendar app to see the completed and target numbers.
Definitely worth researching a fitness tracker app for your smartwatch, especially if they can monitor HR and recognise the difference between “walking slowly across a warehouse” and “pulling a heavy pallet across a warehouse”…

sleep more if you can; 6h is very low; aim for 8
if you feel weak immediately you might not be eating enough
