I saw that Santa was bringing you this workout for Christmas so I decided to treat myself to an early Christmas present this weekend and tried this workout. I LOVED it!!! I ended up doing English +1 for added enjoyment. I think that it is one of my favorite workouts. I think that you too will enjoy it
