Ai ftp predoction

A doubt,

My FTP is 311 W. Yesterday the AI DETECTION show my FTP in 21 day 313W.

I haven’t changed the netx training program. I have finished a training of VO2 (+1,1) with every block 1-2 w above the target. IF and TSS slightly above the target.

But now the prediction show 310 w , lower than my current ftp.

Why?
