I recommend going into your calendar and editing your planned workouts that are coming up to set the workout start time, click the pencil button to edit and set start time is just below the date. This in very hypothetical (hopeful) sense… should then let TR know when you are going to do it and how many hours between training.
I recently did that on my workouts and the AI sparkles adjusted quite a few of the workouts and also inserted a yellow day as a result. So if you know you are consistent with a certain day/time on some days… might be worth it to adjust those on upcoming workouts.
