Pretty interesting. This past year I moved my home office (I work from home and train 60-90 minutes at lunch) from a basement bedroom to upstairs, and my moved my daughters to the basement. I went from one window which got poor light to two large windows with tons of light, I do notice a marked difference when training. Honestly, it’s a huge difference overall, more energy, less afternoon drain, hit the ground running in the morning at work without drowning in coffee.
