Hey y’all! I’ve been trying to drum up conversation over NSDR/Yoga Nidra for recovery to see what other people are experiencing. So I am going to going to definitively say the following…
YOGA NIDRA MAKES YOU FASTER!
We all know naps are great but who has time? And if you do lay down for 20 mins, how much of that is sleep? Yoga Nidra maximizes those 20 min and make them more restful and more restorative, meaning you can ride harder and get faster.

“Recovery” focus on the first and “speed” on this one as the only real difference seems a like a hair splitting line to draw.
You are the one that is making the claim that it makes you faster. General practice for making claims like this is for YOU to back up the claim… not to place that burden on others to contradict your claims.
