45 minute climb test - should i associate/match with a workout?

I’ve got a different read - Progression Levels (PLs) are focused on TR’s automatic workout selection (adaptive training “AT”). Except for starting out, or when you’ve experienced a sudden increase in fitness, it is better to feed AT with maintenance and productive workouts to avoid having AT push you too hard (and all the negative consequences of that). While there is some linkage, your underlying fitness and capacity to perform are different topics.
