I’m currently in the final week of Sustained Power Build Low Volume with quite a bit of extra Zone 2 with a total of 15-18 hours a week. I will be heading into XC Marathon Specialty Low Volume in prep for a Stage Race at the end of May. There are a few endurance races I want to do before then but they fall right in the middle of Specialty. If I want to use the races as training rides, what’s the best workout to skip? The Marathon plan has the usual VO2, Sweet Spot, and Threshold workouts. Thanks!
