Well I’m chuffed. They basically gave it the same geometry I decided on and now love for my current Ti road bike. Only difference is their chain stay length and by that the wheelbase is 1cm shorter compared to mine. Feel like I’m a trend setter or ahead of the curve or some such nonsense.

I like it, was never interested in the old one as it just looked like my Supersix Evo Black Inc with those cables out the front, but this one looks great.
What do you think about the small size change in fitting? I ride a Crux 54, and I think an Aethos 54 or a Tarmac 54 would fit me about the same
Is $14k for Red at 5.98 versus $8.5k for Force at 6.71 due strictly to component differences?

As much I like internal routing, I think they have lost their positioning with the change.

If you could substitute the 12r frame on the Force model I guess the price would be $10.5k.
It’s hard to imagine how much material gets trimmed during construction that saves 1.6lbs overall if the frame difference is only 110g.
I have zero need or desire for another bike…and going through a tough time financially right now.

I agree. Though internal cabling sells, just as disc brakes do. To me it just looks like an SL7, same with the new Crux. I do think that that SL7 represents the pinnacle in modern cycling aesthetics, a shape that pretty much every other manufacturer has slowly began to copy and it’s a shame because it means everything is slowly becoming homogenized and all brands will eventually lose their identity. I don’t like it but that’s the reality.
