Yup, it was there! Was worried since the ride ended abruptly that it wouldn’t ahve saved, but I found it and uploaded it to my TP account.
Thanks for the tip!!

Congrats Chad. I managed all 3 events but Sat and Sun I incorporated with my planned workouts which compromised results a bit - Kaweah on Sat (had to add 25 mins onto cooldown) and Aniakchak on Sunday (with 35 mins added to cooldown) - ended up with 12 hours on the trainer last week and 800 TSS which is well above normal for me. It was worth the experience and actually feel like it might have done me good to push further than normal.
Thanks guys. And congrats on your time and efforts too.
Like you, I ended up pushing more TSS in a week than I have in quite some time. Especially considering the intensity I rode them at with no recovery days between. The Fri to Sat was right at 12 hours even (just enough time to eat, shower, sleep, and eat again ).
I really liked the format and hope to see more like these in the future.
Interested to know you’re legs / head have come out of that big week?
It was the same for me, I normally average around 7 hours, 460-500 TSS. Last week was 8.5 hours and 700 TSS. My week went;
M: 6x5 at 105-108% with 4 RBI
T: Off
W: 3x16 at 95%
T: Zwift race, including a big 20 minute power Pb.
F: stage 1, 2nd all time 20, all time 60pb
S: stage 2, all time 60 minute Pb
S: stage 3, all time 90
Tough lead in to the HR
Monday this week was always going to be rest but last night my head just wasn’t there so climbed off after 30 minutes. Hoping the rest and reset should leave me firing today!
Tried the Friday one and both zwift and my phone didn’t cope.
I did one of the 5 minutes later ones on the Saturday, and phone and zwift coped on the phone, but casting still didn’t work.
After the Friday night zwift fail, I did my TR Over/ Unders. Pretty cooked after Stage 2 (hammer fest to the foot of the alpe, then the alpe itself). That was at 50%
Anyway, ordered Apple TV after this being my second failed event of the week. My phone not up to it, and Irish lockdown not looking likely to be lifted anytime soon (for outdoor group rides anyway!). Pencilled in an Uber Pretzel event for Saturday…

Honestly, very shocked at how well I feel. Super short 30 minutes ride tonight. Will see how the 90 minute Andrews goes on Thursday. But I plan to keep it easy this week and absorb some more, before hitting a reboot on Base the following week.
I had a short spin practicing on my new rollers Monday evening - 30 mins only and felt good to have done something even though it was a rest day in my plan and my 10th consecutive day of workouts.
Yesterday I just carried on with my plan, Ansel Adams +4 and felt good throughout.
Today is meant to be Bays but we’ve started having Wednesday evening group meetups on Zwift to keep social so will be structure free (and probably way too much effort!).
Very different for me.
Monday - took day off after 7 straight days.
Tuesday - legs were quite heavy so had an easy 10k run.
Wednesday - legs still fatigued, easy 30 recovery run followed by recovery ride (40-45% ftp) spin
Thursday - legs starting to come around… easy 40 minute run in the morning followed by Zwift race this evening… Failed to properly warm up (though thats typical for me)… Cramped a bit but still managed a half decent race/ride.
Plan to take it easy tomorrow and Saturday. Plan is to Ramp Test Monday followed by TT Run on Tuesday. Fun times await!
I had issues with my devices disconnecting. I have reason to believe that it is an issue with my WiFi signal in my house. I am upgrading that and will know this weekend if my problem is solved.
I was doing really great (for me) on stage 3 and when we came into the KOM arch near downtown my internet went out for 5 minutes and I lose 500 places. It was tough sledding after that for the rest of the ride.
I was really quite happy with this event. I’m a die hard TR user, but I feel like with all my events getting pushed back in real life, it’s nice to be able to get some good unstructured training in.
