How did it go? Did they send a new wheel?
Definitely a plus for SRAM/ ZIPP. Stuff breaks, it’s a bummer, but it happens.
As long as it’s handled well and conveniently, I am a happy customer!

Can I ask how old the wheel was? I’m thinking of getting new wheels for my gravel bike and while there are some smaller brands that are cheaper a lifetime warranty is attractive if it’s honoured
