The next day after a hard ride outside, I get the message in TrainNow. Somehow it shows only on the next day. If I open this page on the same day after the workout, the app is OK with me doing any workout. But the problem is that this message gets stuck and does not go away two or three days after even if I click refresh. It goes away only when I change training duration and on one occasion I had to restart the app because it got stuck even after changing duration.
Do you see the same behaviour on your calendar or just the trainnow page ?
Try logging out of the app and back in again (i’m assuming you are using the mobile app) or force closing the app, i’ve experienced some strange behaviour with RLGL which seems to resolve itself it i log out and back in again, if that doesn’t work i would contact support.
I do not use my calendar. If I leave the page or change the duration it will reset the warning.
did you try any of my suggestions ?
I’d go with @Malcolm’s suggestion here and try loggin out of the app to see if that helps.
