Workout instructions?

Hi, I think it would be nice to read the workout instructions before the workout or have the option to see more text at one time on the screen during workout.

I often miss a lot of text since there are just part of the sentences showing and for just a few seconds. To be sure to read all I have to continioulsy steare at the screen (I use iPhone). After a minute or two without text it is easy to fade in own thoughts and not stare at the screen.

Just my thoughts to relax more during the workout :no_mouth:

The workout instructions are no longer relevant/needed. They aren’t being updated and were intended when the plans were static (before progression levels and adaptive training). Feel free to turn them off in settings. Mine have been turned off for about 4 years.

Yeah. I like the instructions too. I think they make the workouts more interesting, and I recently did Baxter-2 where they were necessary wrt cadence work. When working hard and staring at my stem etc., I sometimes don’t see them. One thing that could be done is to have one appear as it does, then after 5 seconds or so, shrink it down to 1/3 or 1/4 size and stay on the screen for another 10 or 15 seconds, or until the next one comes up.
