Which specialty training?

Hi all.

Creating a plan (currently doing ss base mid 2) which will take me up to the UK Hill Climb championships. This will be my primary event and but for a few short TT’s for a bit of fun, my racing season will be entirely hill climb centric. I’ll be racing anywhere for 8-16 times over the season and climbs will likely range from 2-4 mins.

My question is am I better using the crit or gravity specialty phases? One is more focused on vo2 max and the other slightly more weighted towards high power (but still with lots of vo2 max)
