What Sleep Are You Getting?😴

Sure thats a fair point and not easy to manage. Although, I used to be a 5/6hr sleeper and it took some time to adjust but now with regular bedtimes and a few other tricks I’m now averaging 7:38 according to to my wrist thingy. I still have several nights a month where despite a regular bedtime I’m wide awake 6hrs later, not including early mornings needs for work sometimes.

I do feel better for it.
