White Rice and garlic / herb, scramble an egg in, (garlic to add a bit of flavour and or herbs) much quicker to digest than oats but its boring so often do porridge oats with syrup or honey every few days. PS boil the rice the night before let it cool and put in the fridge.
If a decent easy warm up I can eat half before and half on the bike, also a banana during the ride and jelly babies and or gels but that gets expensive. If its a key session my homemade Beta fuel.
