What is AT trying to do here?

I wasn’t asking why AT wasn’t substituting my Threshold workouts for Endurance for me. I was trying to understand why it was adapting some workouts and not others or why it was adapting some workouts that it usually doesn’t.

I think I have more expectation on the Plan Builder. I’m not sure why at this point we don’t have a plan with two intensity days that can be used with Plan Builder. Polarized isn’t an option because a) you can’t use it with plan builder, b) it doesn’t adapt because of that and c) I think we all see the progression levels and realize it’s not a very good plan and d) I don’t have 2 hours a day during the week for those weekday endurance rides.

I would expect AT to look at my next workout and suggest and appropriate workout based on my progression level. It’s not doing that in a way that I can understand, thus the question.
